We charge the companies in our network a small fee for each enquiry ('lead') they receive via this web site. This helps to reduce their marketing spend and means they can assist more homeowners in benefiting from the funding available to them. It also ensures we can continue to invest in our service and help more people to improve their home.
This service is completely free for homeowners to use and there is never any obligation to proceed with any quote or information provided by the installer. We constantly monitor feedback and, in the rare occassion there is negative feedback in our network, then we immediately take this up with them. We have contracts in place with each company we work with, ensuring they only use the information for the purpose of providing you with further information and a quotation (where applicable).
